Founded by Tom Bakula in 1995, Blue Chip Manufacturing & Laser Marking is located in Willoughby, OH - Northeast Ohio's premier manufacturing area. Blue Chip was started from the ground up, with the sole purpose of providing it’s clients with precision products and tool fixtures.

​Tom has been creating top-quality holding fixtures, surgical instruments and custom machined products for over 40 years. After seeing the need for a better solution to stamping part numbers in products, Tom expanded Blue Chip to include industrial laser marking services. 

As Tom’s knowledge in laser marking, laser etching and laser engraving grew, he quickly identified many of the limitations with the standard laser marking equipment at the time… this propelled him to seek out custom and specialized laser options. With Tom’s extensive knowledge in laser marking and with our custom laser machines, Blue Chip Manufacturing is able to provide our clients with a high quality and affordable laser marking solution for a wide range applications.
